Run a gemstone business from one place.
From parcel to passport, brief to delivery, quote to paid. GemPro keeps the stones, the lab reports, the clients, the money and the compliance file in one system — with the market data and the paperwork-reading AI the trade actually needs.
Built for the coloured-stone and diamond trade
Not a generic inventory app with "gem" in the title. The fields, the workflows and the documents are the ones this trade actually uses.
Loose stones, parcels, memo
Stone and diamond books with cost, asking price and provenance; parcels split into stones with a defensible share of the price; memo out and memo in; labels with a QR that resolves to the record.
Brief to delivery
A nine-stage bespoke pipeline the client can watch, CAD and 3D files on the job, workshop job packs, production costs with role-gated visibility, finished pieces as sellable stock.
Portals, boards, quotes
Curated client portals, live ring-style boards the client replies to, shareable quotes with an acceptance trail, a storefront you can embed in your own website, payment plans and review requests.
CDD you can defend
AML/CFT case files across ~45 jurisdiction profiles, sanctions and PEP screening, an owner-only activity log, a weekly security digest and daily backups — built for AUSTRAC Tranche 2 and Singapore's PSPM Act era.
Forty-six modules. One set of books.
Every module reads and writes the same records, so a stone sold on an invoice leaves stock, reaches the P&L, lands in the client's history and updates the activity log — without anyone retyping it. Every module, explained →
Inventory & Lab
11 modulesThe stone book and everything that touches it: where each stone is, what it cost, what the lab said, and who else has a share of it.
Sales & Clients
11 modulesThe client file, the documents you send, and the money coming back — in any of eleven currencies, with a base-currency snapshot on every row.
Production & Bespoke
9 modulesCommissioned pieces from brief to delivery, repeatable designs costed from live metal, and finished jewellery as stock.
Finance & Operations
10 modulesCosts, suppliers, parcels in transit and the day's tasks, with a P&L in your base currency and an owner-only record of who did what.
Compliance & Trust
3 modules + platformA CDD case file you can hand to an auditor, and the platform controls underneath it.
Market Intelligence
3 modules + AIWhat the market is doing, inside the same screen as your stock.
Eleven pages your clients see. Zero they shouldn't.
Every public page is a strict whitelist of what you chose to show. Cost prices never reach a portal, a passport shows only the panels you opted in, and a later edit to a signed document visibly breaks the signature.
/p/…Client portal — a curated selection for one client, public link or password-protected, with per-portal prices./r/…Ring style board — a live board the client browses and answers with their own inspiration photos./t/…Bespoke tracking — stage progress and target delivery for a commissioned piece./q/…Shared quote — an unguessable link that records acceptance./g/…Gem passport — printed on the label's QR; safe in a stranger's hands./s/…Storefront — a hosted page, a script you embed in your own site, or JSON for your developer./sign/…E-signature on agreements, plus review requests, workshop job packs and short-lived document links for WhatsApp.

AI that reads your paperwork and answers from your books
Not a chatbot bolted on the side. The AI in GemPro does the reading nobody wants to do, and when you ask it a question it answers from your own live data — filtered by what your role is allowed to see.
Lab report → stone
Photograph or upload the certificate; species, weight, origin, treatment, lab and report number become an inventory record.
Receipts & supplier invoices
A photo or a PDF becomes a categorised expense in the right currency. Say it aloud, or type a sentence — that works too.
Courier labels
Tracking number and addresses lifted from a photo of the label and filed against the shipment.
Diamond certificates
Table, depth, crown and pavilion angles, star and lower-half read off the cert for proportion scoring.
Pricing research
A three-layer pipeline: understand what you're asking, search the market, validate what came back — with auction houses pulled in only when the stone warrants it.
The assistant
Six focus areas — overview, inventory, clients, financials, trade show, pricing — with one-click monthly summaries, inventory health checks and pricing watch. Threads persist; answers take feedback.
One thing the AI deliberately does not do: generate, retouch or colour-correct gemstone photographs. It will critique a photo against trade practice and apply only disclosed geometric corrections — because an altered colour is a picture of a stone that does not exist.
The market, inside the same screen as your stock
Live spot prices and nearly a decade of daily history for the metals, eleven currencies on the same feed your books snapshot against, and a price-observation database you build as you trade.
Pricing Intelligence
Record what you paid, what you were offered and what you sold for, across 15 named markets, then let the AI research layer find comparables. A diamond index by shape and carat, natural and lab-grown, refreshes weekly.
Eleven currencies, one truth
USD, NZD, AUD, SGD, THB, GBP, EUR, MYR, HKD, JPY, LKR. Every money field carries a server-computed base-currency snapshot, so totals agree and a rate change never silently rewrites history.
Your name on it, your rules in it
White-label branding, module names your staff recognise, roles that decide who sees a cost price, and the tools you already use connected rather than replaced.
Branding & naming
Your primary colour, sidebar and trading name; rename any module; reorder the sidebar per team.
Seven roles
Owner, admin, manager, staff, agent, workshop, accountant — each with a deliberate view of money, measurements and exports.
Telegram & WhatsApp
Your own Telegram bot for inventory, briefings and spot prices; WhatsApp for invoice summaries and client messages.
Xero & Stripe
Invoices pushed to Xero as drafts and closed when your accountant records payment; subscriptions billed through Stripe.
Setup guides for each are at gempro.app/integrations. Enterprise teams can also ask about API access for their own integrations.

Prices in USD, billed monthly through Stripe. Your data is kept if a trial lapses or you pause — nothing is deleted without you.
Built like the data matters, because it does
Stone costs, client measurements and compliance files are among the most sensitive records a dealer holds. These are the controls, stated plainly.
Tenant isolation on every query
Every row belongs to your team and every read is scoped to it. Asking for another team's record returns "not found" — not "forbidden".
Two-factor, done properly
TOTP with single-use recovery codes stored only as hashes; you prove a working code before it switches on, so a bad scan can't lock you out.
Roles, not one password for all
Seven roles decide who sees cost prices, biometric measurements and exports. Cost fields are stripped server-side for roles that may not see them.
Backups every day
Automatic daily backups of every team to object storage, with restore from a chosen save point. Premium adds on-demand backups.
An audit trail that answers questions
Who touched this stone? Who exported the client list? Owner-only activity log, CSV export, and a weekly security digest to the owner.
On Cloudflare's edge
Served from Cloudflare's global network with bot protection on sign-up, short-lived access tokens, and rate limits on every public form.
Questions dealers ask
Who is GemPro for?
Coloured-stone dealers and wholesalers, diamond traders, bespoke jewellers and manufacturers, and retailers with private clients. If your business holds loose stones, sends things on memo, works with labs, and issues invoices in more than one currency, it was built for you.
How does the 60-day trial work?
Sign up, no card. You get 41 of the 46 modules — including the AI assistant — with room for 180 stones, 100 diamonds and 20 clients. At the end you choose a plan or your account pauses with your data kept. Nothing is deleted without you.
Can I bring my existing stock in?
Yes. Import stones and diamonds from a spreadsheet with column mapping and a currency per money field, photograph lab reports to create records, or send a JSON export from another system. There's a duplicate scanner for the inevitable overlaps.
Does it do sanctions and PEP screening?
Yes, through OpenSanctions — UN, OFAC, EU, UK, Australian DFAT and Singapore MAS lists plus PEPs, from inside the AML/CFT case file. You connect your own OpenSanctions key in Settings (they offer a 30-day trial, then about €0.10 per name screened). Only the name and the ID-document country leave GemPro.
Can clients see anything without an account?
Only what you publish: a portal, a style board, a quote, a bespoke tracking page, a gem passport, a storefront. Each is a token link that shows a strict whitelist of fields — cost prices never reach any of them. Portals can be password-protected.
Which currencies and where is my data?
Eleven currencies, with a base-currency snapshot on every money field. Data lives on Cloudflare's infrastructure with per-team isolation and daily backups.
Is there an API?
There is, and it is documented — but access is currently by arrangement for Enterprise teams rather than self-serve. If you have a developer who needs it, talk to us.
How do I pay?
Card through Stripe, monthly, in USD. You can change plan or cancel from Settings at any time; we never see your card details.
Sixty days is long enough to know.
Move your stock in, send a client a portal, mark a stone sold and watch it leave the books. Then decide.
